How to order and pay

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size (there is a size guide for every item) and the quantity,

then click ‘Add to cart’. You can continue shopping also add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to checkout.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag, you only need to checkout once. We ship worldwide via THAIPOST. Then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment before we initiate our validation process. Your order will then be shipped directly to you.

Shipping Information

The domestic ground in Thailand takes 1-3 days for in-stock products and 3-5 days for new production (out-of-stock product), ship via THAIPOST.
Worldwide expedited 7 days to 2 weeks, ship via THAIPOST as well.

All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information will be sent to the customer's email and posted on the facebook page after the order is shipped.

Returned products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box, otherwise, they will not be accepted.

We ship worldwide. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9 am-5 pm. Please note that some services may not be available in all countries.

THAIPOST STANDARD: approximately 50 Baht added for average weight, more than 50 THB depends on the weight of the order.

THAIPOST EXPRESS (EMS): approximately 100 Baht added for average weight, more than 100 THB depends on the weight of the order.

THAIPOST AIRMAIL:  depends on the weight of the order.


*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from order. RENIM PROJECT cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.


In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.


All order from easy ways, you will receive tracking information on personal email.

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of RENIM PROJECT.


Please note that you have 7 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 7 day period, we cannot guarantee your return or exchange.

Return Policy

Returned items must conform to our returns policy:

  • Your returned item must arrive at the head office no later than 7 days after you have received it. Later than 7 days, it will not be accepted; Please contact customer services if you have any queries relating to this;

  • Please note we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties. We strongly advise that you do not do this.

  • Once your return has been received and complies with our returns policy, we will proceed with the exchange;

  • We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;

  • If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be exchanged;

  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit;

  • Returned items will not be refunded.


If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order added shipping cost of exchange, according to our return & exchange policy.
